Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead large-scale construction initiatives in the United Arab Emirates. You will define scope with stakeholders and drive delivery within time and budget.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and leverage tools like AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project to keep projects on track and within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Experience overseeing large-scale construction budgets over several million dollars.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
