The ideal candidate has 4+ years of chef experience in a restaurant or hotel, strong leadership to manage a kitchen team, the ability to train junior chefs, and excellent organizational and creative skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel.
• Working knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
• Experience managing a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and mentor junior chefs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative in meal preparation.
• Willing to work day and night shifts.
