Woopel in Dubai seeks an Executive Chef with passion for food and attention to presentation. You will lead a professional kitchen, oversee staff, and maintain high standards in service and safety.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training, monitoring performance, developing new menus, controlling inventory, ensuring fresh ingredients, and coordinating with front of house to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a professional chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Demonstrated eye for detail in food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff on a day-to-day basis, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Train staff and handle disciplinary issues.
• Ensure recipes are followed and ingredients are fresh.
• Develop new menu items and monitor inventory and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and work with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction.
