Job summary

Woopel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations of our restaurant. You will oversee menu development, training, food preparation, budgeting and cost control, inventory and sanitation, ensuring top quality and consistency in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in an Executive Chef role, strong leadership, and a proven track record in menu creation and cost control across international cuisines. Foreign applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Proven track record in menu development and cost control.
• Knowledgeable about international cuisines, cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Creative vision when it comes to food presentation.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate staff performance.
