Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Rang for an International Brand, delivering premium table service at VIP events, lounges, and fine dining settings.

You will lead a section, ensure flawless presentation, maintain food safety standards, and coach colleagues to uphold Michelin-inspired hospitality while handling guest requests with poise. Candidates with at least 4 years of hospitality and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in hospitality, with supervisory experience.
• Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management.
• HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred.
• Experience in fine dining, VIP lounges, or Michelin-starred venues preferred.
• Fluent English with strong verbal/listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium table service with flawless order accuracy and presentation.
• Lead and guide the team within the assigned section to ensure timely service.
• Suggest wine pairings that compliment the menu.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
