Fluid Codes is seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer to lead end-to-end CFD engagements for aerospace clients, from scoping to final delivery. The role emphasizes aircraft icing simulation and capability development across new application areas.

The candidate will mentor engineers, deliver training, and interact with customers to present findings and recommendations, while maintaining high-quality project docs and reports.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Aerospace Engineering with strong aerospace/aerodynamics background.
• 5+ years of hands-on CFD experience including aerospace project experience and customer-facing work.
• Proficiency with ANSYS Fluent, FENSAP-ICE, and related icing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CFD consulting engagements from scoping through delivery and reviews.
• Perform CFD simulations for aerospace applications including icing and multiphase modeling.
• Provide training and mentorship; develop capability in new application areas as required.
