Job summary

Medtronic plc in the UAE is seeking a Senior Cardiac Surgery Sales professional to manage strategic cardiac surgery accounts and drive therapy adoption across the UAE. You will engage surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and hospital leadership to grow adoption and maintain strong relationships.

The role demands advanced commercial, clinical and market knowledge; you will lead account plans, support tenders, pricing discussions, and contracts, coordinating with procurement and finance to position

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum six years of relevant sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices, medtech or healthcare.
• Experience supervising, coaching or coordinating sales or clinical support professionals.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE cardiovascular market and its government and private healthcare institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new and existing accounts.
• Experience supporting tenders, contracting, pricing, forecasting, inventory and consignment management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for cardiovascular portfolios.
• Achieve revenue, market-share, profitability, product adoption and account growth objectives.
• Manage major government and private healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and underpenetrated accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead advanced product presentations and value-based discussions.
• Support tenders, contracts, pricing discussions and commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans in the CRM system.
• Provide management with market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Drive adoption of Cardiac Surgery technologies.
• Develop account-specific plans to overcome barriers to therapy adoption.
• Establish productive relationships with procurement, finance, and contracting stakeholders.
