Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Technical Consultant - Cardiac Surgery to deliver clinical and technical support to cardiac surgery teams across the UAE. The role involves direct collaboration with surgeons, perfusionists, and operating-room staff to drive safe use of Medtronic cardiac products.

You will manage account plans, build relationships with hospital stakeholders, and coordinate with procurement and management to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a clinical or technical field.
• Minimum two years in cardiac surgery, cardiovascular devices, perfusion or related clinical environment.
• Ability to communicate detailed clinical and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for Cardiac Surgery in the UAE.
• Travel between Emirates and hospitals to support procedures.
• Support proper use of cardiac surgery products and related technologies.
• Coordinate with clinicians and hospital staff to understand procedural requirements.
• Deliver product training and education to clinicians and staff.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare reports on activity and opportunities.
