Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Cardiac Surgery Sales professional to manage strategic cardiovascular accounts in the UAE, driving therapy adoption and sustainable growth. The role requires advanced commercial, clinical and market knowledge and involves building trusted relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, nurses and hospital procurement stakeholders.

The successful candidate will independently manage complex accounts, lead growth initiatives, and coach teammates where needed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Six+ years of sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience supervising or coordinating sales or clinical support professionals.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE cardiovascular market and healthcare institutions.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new/existing accounts.
• Experience supporting tenders, contracting, pricing and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for cardiovascular portfolios.
• Achieve revenue, market share, profitability, product adoption, and growth objectives.
• Manage major government and private healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Lead product presentations and value-based selling discussions with accounts.
• Support tenders, contracts, pricing discussions and commercial agreements.
