Bybit is seeking a seasoned Card Operations Specialist to support the Bybit Card product globally. You will oversee daily operational tasks, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless card operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Expertise: Act as the card payment expert for the Customer Service team, ensuring SLAs are met for resolving escalated support tickets.
Serve as the internal ambassador and go-to expert for all Bybit Card-related matters.
Investigation & Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues raised by Customer Service or internal teams, including card payments, applications, rewards, and other card-related usage concerns.
Adopt a proactive investigative approach, addressing root causes rather than surface fixes.
Collaborate with developers, product, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, and portals.
Ensure go-to-market readiness for new markets or product launches, including internal testing, beta releases, and issue preemption.
Coordinate with compliance, risk, finance, and product/tech teams to optimize market operations.
Foster a data-driven mindset to analyze trends, monitor performance, and preempt issues.
Participate in product discussions, providing card operations insights to suggest features or enhancements.
Oversee settlement reconciliation with processors/BIN sponsors and manage rewards operations to boost retention.
