Job summary

Confidential is seeking a procurement professional to help ensure timely delivery of the right supplies and services at the best value for our clients and departments.

You will pre-qualify suppliers, process requests, negotiate with vendors, review terms, and coordinate delivery with site Property Managers. Strong UAE market knowledge and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market.
• Experience with the purchasing module of an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify and onboard reliable suppliers in line with our Procurement Policy.
• Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, and prepare price comparisons for approval.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Review quotation terms to meet company and client requirements.

• Source cost-effective alternatives that meet client standards.
• Evaluate vendor performance and share feedback with the Assistant Purchase Manager.
• Support the Procurement Manager with ERP updates and changes.
