Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an experienced Purchase Executive to oversee procurement of hardware, building materials, and power tools. You will manage supplier relations and drive cost efficiency across projects.

The role requires strong English and Hindi communication, a solid grasp of procurement processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Abu Dhabi region. Experience in GCC market and a UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in hardware/construction.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement for hardware, building materials, construction items, hand tools and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the procurement process for hardware building materials construction items hand tools and power tools Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in the UAE Gulf region Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and specifications Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities Prepare and present procurement reports and forecasts to senior management Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or hardware industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Knowledge of the Gulf region's market dynamics and business practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid UAE Driving License.
