Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business solutioning or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering business solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
