Job summary

Yubi in Dubai is seeking an experienced B2B technology sales professional to drive platform solutions across LOS/LMS, fintech, SaaS, and banking tech. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to implementation, focusing on cross-sell and upsell with banks and BFSI players.

You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, coordinate with internal teams for deployment, and manage PO signings and invoicing to ensure timely revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking technology solutions in UAE/GCC
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to implementation
• Experience with LOS, LMS, or digital lending platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or computer science
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus (optional)

• Manage account plans to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with banks and BFSI players
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations showcasing technical advantages and ROI
• Assist in drafting RFIs/RFPs and strategic sales pitches
• Coordinate with internal teams for platform deployment and seamless integration
• Manage Purchase Order (PO) signings and ensure timely invoicing

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking technology solutions in UAE/GCC
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to implementation
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or digital lending platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or computer science
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
