Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate - Business Solutions, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Design and deliver business solutions, including process improvements, technology implementations, and change management initiatives
