Progressive GE is seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead and grow a marine logistics business serving the oil & gas sector from Dubai. The role focuses on strategic growth, operational excellence and fleet expansion while guiding a lean executive team.

The candidate will drive profitability, secure new revenue opportunities, and manage relationships with clients, partners and regulators in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Proven CEO/MD/GM experience in marine/oil & gas logistics or vessel management sectors.
• Strong commercial leadership and growth track record.
• Experience leading operationally intensive businesses.
• Vessel ownership or vessel management experience highly preferred.
• Seagoing experience not required but could be an added value.

Role Summary

Seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead and grow a marine logistics business serving the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and fleet expansion while leading a lean executive team based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, performance and profitability.
• Drive commercial growth and secure new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee operational excellence across owned and chartered vessel operations.
• Manage and develop a leadership team including Business Development and HR functions.
• Execute fleet growth strategy, expanding from 15 to 30+ owned vessels over the next three years.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators and industry stakeholders.

Current Fleet

• Owned vessels: Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) and Security Escort Vessels (SEVs)
• Chartered vessels of various types also

Candidate Profile

• Proven CEO, Managing Director or General Manager experience within marine, offshore, oil & gas logistics or vessel management sectors.
• Strong commercial leadership and business growth track record.
• Demonstrated success leading operationally intensive businesses.
• Vessel ownership or vessel management experience highly preferred.
• Seagoing experience not required but could be an added valueStrong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
