You will drive tender responses, build robust client relationships, and identify market opportunities while managing budgets, training programmes, and team development to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing field.
• At least 8 years in marketing with a management role.
• Solid understanding of industry, market conditions and company status.
• Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
• Good grasp of contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team to serve the business unit, Keppel O&M Group and customers.
• Lead marketing to respond to tender bids, enquiries and contract reviews.
• Develop and foster relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Monitor industry trends to uncover business opportunities.
• Develop business strategies for future growth and new markets.
• Oversee Marketing Department operational budget and training programmes.
• Manage career development and training of the marketing team.
