Job summary
Huptech HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the UAE services revenue growth, targeting USD 3 million annually. Based in Dubai, you will drive pipeline with ABM, manage partner-sourced opportunities, and expand strategic enterprise accounts across key verticals.
You will collaborate with Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo ecosystems, lead high-stakes negotiations, and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years selling digital consulting/services in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
- Proven ability to close USD 500k+ ACV deals and manage USD 2–5M annual quotas.
- Strong network with platform partner sales teams and enterprise buyers.
- Experience with Adobe, Shopify, and/or Odoo ERP platforms is highly desirable.
- Arabic language ability is a strong plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own USD 3M services revenue target for the MENAT region.
- Build 3–4x quota coverage through partners, outbound, ABM and events.
- Develop platform partner ecosystem with Adobe, Shopify, Odoo teams.
- Lead discovery to close with consultative selling and solution shaping.
- Ensure clean transition to delivery with defined scope and governance.
