Job summary

Takween Business Advisory is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an experienced Senior Business Advisor. You will transform client ideas into actionable plans, tailor Mainland or Free Zone setups, and guide deals from first contact to handover to Operations.

You’ll manage leads, present options and costs, and build lasting client relationships, with support from a busy, growth-focused team in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business advisory or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone setup, licensing and visa processes.
• Proven record of converting leads, managing a pipeline and hitting monthly targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency (Bitrix24 a plus).

Responsibilities

• Contact company-assigned leads promptly and hold consultations to understand activity, budget, timeline and visa needs.
• Recommend the right setup (Mainland or Free Zone, license type, visa package) with costs and timelines.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up, handle objections and close deals.
• Collect documents and hand over closed deals to Operations with complete details.
• Offer additional services such as visa processing, VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting.
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Report regularly to Sales Manager on leads, closures and performance vs target.
• Support junior team members when needed.

Takween Business Advisory is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Advisor to join our Dubai team.

We help entrepreneurs, investors and established companies do business in the UAE, from choosing the right jurisdiction and license to visas, VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting. The role

You’ll be the trusted advisor for clients starting or expanding in the UAE. You’ll understand their goals, recommend the right structure, present clear options and costs, and take them from first conversation to closed deal and a smooth handover to Operations. We provide the leads. You bring the expertise and the follow-through.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
