Job summary

Norconsult Telematics seeks a Business Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end business process management, optimise processes, and spearhead automation and digitisation for a large Telco Fibre rollout. You will lead a team of 4 BPM engineers, set governance, and define TO-BE architectures in collaboration with IT.

You will mentor the team, establish standards, and ensure process ownership across the organisation while delivering measurable benefits through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive BPM lifecycle experience including AS-IS, TO-BE, and implementation.
• Hands-on BPMN 2.0 tooling experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience with RPA and workflow automation.
• Telecom/fibre network domain knowledge is a plus.
• CBPP/CBPL or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 Business Process Engineers.
• Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify pain points and objectives.
• Review and validate AS-IS process documentation for accuracy.
• Define TO-BE architecture and drive process simplification and waste elimination.
• Establish BPMN modelling standards and quality benchmarks for the team.
• Oversee process design across multi-system architectures and BPMN tools.
• Own gap analyses and ensure actionable recommendations.
• Identify automation opportunities and build a strong value case for digitisation.
• Drive digitisation of manual processes and define digital workflows.
• Oversee go-live coordination and post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with IT to define integration requirements between processes and systems.
