Job summary

Budsbear LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end projects, drive process improvements, and implement ERP/BI solutions. You will diagnose gaps, design scalable processes, and ensure adoption across functions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing/supply chain, strong ERP/Power BI skills, and proven team leadership. This role offers a demanding, collaborative environment with client deployments across GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with / MBA as per experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Manufacturing & Supply chain, EPC Contracting, FMCG – Non BPO.
• Hands-on ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel experience.
• Team management experience (4+ people for 2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects with detailed plans, risks, dependencies, and client reviews.
• Conduct business diagnostics using discussions, observations, data analytics.
• Identify process gaps, delays, control failures, duplicate work, bottlenecks, and visibility issues.
• Design scalable, practical to-be processes and controls.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities through standardization.
• Define roles, responsibilities, authority and KPI review mechanisms.
• Support ERP/application implementation and data validation.
• Structure data based on business requirements & process flows.
• Work with users to ensure adoption, data discipline and process compliance.
• Build KPI dashboards via Power BI or web apps for insights and opportunities.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects by preparing detailed project plans including risks & dependencies, track & update on timely basis including client activities, reviews & updates.

Conduct business diagnostics through discussions, observations, records and transaction data through discussions, process walk throughs and data analytics.

Identify process gaps, delays, control failures, duplicate work, efficiency bottle necks and visibility issues.

Design efficient, scalable, yet practical to-be processes, controls.

Identify areas of automation & AI implementation through standardization.

Define roles & responsibilities, authority and control matrices, KPIs & review mechanisms.

Support ERP/application implementation, validating & handholding.

Structure data based on business requirements & process flows.

Work with departmental users to ensure adoption, data discipline and process compliance.

Build KPI & business dashboards through power bi or web-based apps to provide business insights & areas of opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Automobile) with /without full time MBA only as per work experience
• Minimum 5 years of eperience within Manufacturing & Supply chain, EPC Contracting, FMCG – Non BPO
• Well versed with ERP Hands on Experience, Power BI hands on experience, advance excel
• Team management experience

Other Details

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30 (flexibility during client deployments or based on the calendar week of client.

Location & Mobility: Currently based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE/GCC as well be flexible for overseas travel for client deployments across GCC or related.
