Job summary

Coface Dubai seeks a Transformation & Business Process lead responsible for managing transformation programs, process improvement, and change management across functions. You will coordinate governance, requirements, and tool enhancements while reporting to the Country Manager and the regional PMO.

You will work in an international environment, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or process management.
• Knowledge of Coface products and processes is a plus.
• English required at excellent level.

Responsibilities

• Build-up and manage transformation programs aligned with company strategy.
• Drive process efficiency with frontliners for higher service quality.
• Set up local governance for Projects portfolio management.
• Coordinate requirement collection and change management for tools enhancements/corrections.
• Animate local committees to gather needs and development requests.
• Plan and monitor activities; motivate and inspire the team to complete tasks.
• Build strong relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in; influence others.
• Manage risks and ensure deliverables meet time and budget constraints.
• Apply continuous improvement in project methodology and report to leadership.
