Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Lead in Abu Dhabi to supervise a group of BIM team leads, ensuring delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. You will own resource deployment, clash resolution, model validation, and final checks before design review, reporting to the BIM Manager and coordinating with multiple disciplines.

You will drive standards, automation, and data management while guiding junior staff and coordinating with third parties to meet the master information delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or diploma with equivalent proven experience.
• 10+ years in infrastructure design production, with leadership of multiple teams.
• Record delivering ISO 19650 on live projects; certification is an advantage.
• Middle East consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of resources across the group and rebalance as needed.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings; manage KPI reporting.
• Onboard third parties to support project teams; ensure interfaces are coordinated.
• Own model and drawing delivery against plans and standards.
• Implement design automation and maintain the single source of truth for 2D drawings.
• Lead training, performance development and recruitment for the team.
