Job summary

AECOM in Dubai is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead multiple BIM team leads on complex infrastructure projects. You will own resource deployment, clash resolution, model validation, and the final checks before design review, ensuring delivery to master information delivery plans and project standards.

Expect to guide teams, implement BIM automation, and maintain a single source of truth for 2D extractions while mentoring staff and supporting recruitment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with proven design production experience.
• At least 10+ years in infrastructure design production with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering to ISO 19650 standards on live projects is a plus.
• Middle East consultancy experience is strongly preferred and English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of BIM resources, balancing demand across disciplines.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings; track KPIs for the group.
• Own model and drawing delivery and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead clash resolution and interface management across disciplines.
• Support recruitment, technical interviewing and onboarding of staff.
