Job summary

Albatha Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across a portfolio of high-value MEP projects. The role owns BIM strategy, standards, and execution from tender through design coordination, construction, and handover, ensuring clash-free, constructible models and data for downstream use.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators and drive efficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, aligning with ISO 19650 and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM experience in MEP contracting, with leadership in large-value projects.
• 4–5 years in a BIM Manager/Lead role, overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and CDE management.
• Proven ability to develop BEP, modeling protocols, and standards across disciplines.
• Experience producing coordinated shop drawings and supporting prefabrication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and strategy across the portfolio of large-value MEP projects.
• Coordinate cross-discipline models (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting) and resolve clashes.
• Champion BIM governance, BEPs, and CDE workflow across teams and clients.
• Direct BIM Coordinators and Modelers; manage resources and quality reviews.
• Support tender submissions with BIM capability statements and coordination methodology.
