Job summary

Albatha Group is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM implementation and coordination across our large-value MEP projects (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical). You will own the BIM strategy, standards, and execution from tender through design coordination, construction, and handover, ensuring clash-free, constructible models.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks, ISO 19650, and ability to manage a team across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• 10+ years BIM experience in MEP contracting.
• 4–5 years in a BIM Manager/Lead role on large-value projects.
• Proven coordination across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy, BEP, standards and CDE across projects.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee production of coordination drawings and spool models.
• Ensure data for 5D, 4D, and COBie handover where applicable.
