Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Specialist to develop and maintain coordinated models for civil, structural, electrical and MEP systems. You will coordinate with design, engineering and QA teams to identify clashes and ensure alignment with project standards and CDE practices.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, with UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, BIM, or related discipline.
• Typically 3–7 years of relevant BIM experience in power, infrastructure, EPC, construction, or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, model review, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, Execution Plans, LOD, model coordination, and information management.
• Reading civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, MEP, and architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for civil, structural, electrical, MEP and related disciplines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to identify clashes and resolve interfaces.
• Perform clash detection and prepare reports for resolution with design and construction teams.
• Create coordinated shop and construction drawings and BIM-based deliverables.
• Assist in 4D/5D BIM deliverables by integrating model data with schedules and cost data.
• Support project teams with model information, quantities, and as-built documentation.
