Job summary

ALEC Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support BIM standards and information management across ICT, ELV, AV and smart systems projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models with the BIM Manager and project teams, ensuring BEP compliance and high-quality deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) and 7+ years in BIM coordination on construction projects, with strong Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360 skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years' BIM coordination experience on construction projects, with ELV/MEP exposure.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, ISO 19650, CDE.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across ICT, ELV, AV, Security, and Smart Systems.
Lead clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings.
Publish and distribute coordinated BIM models and deliverables.
Mentor junior BIM Modelers and support BIM content libraries.
