A BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator is required in the UAE to support planning, development, and coordination of BIM activities across construction and engineering projects. The role involves creating and updating accurate BIM models in Revit, coordinating with architectural, structural and MEP teams, and ensuring clash-free deliverables.

Qualifications

4-8 years of BIM experience in construction or MEP projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Ability to coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models.
Strong clash detection and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and maintain accurate BIM models for construction and engineering projects.
Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage or equivalent tools.
Prepare BIM models, drawings, schedules, documentation and project deliverables.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors and project managers.
