Qualifications

• 4-8 years of BIM experience in construction or MEP projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models.
• Strong clash detection and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain accurate BIM models for construction and engineering projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage or equivalent tools.
• Prepare BIM models, drawings, schedules, documentation and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors and project managers.
