Miral is seeking a Senior Manager BIM to lead the digital information management strategy across its Yas Island and related development portfolio in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in BIM, VDC, Digital Engineering, or Information Management.
- Proven experience delivering BIM and digital information management across large multidisciplinary developments.
- Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, BEPs, CDEs, information governance, and ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience supporting projects through full lifecycle from design to operations.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM, VDC, and digital information management requirements across Miral's development projects.
- Drive application of digital delivery standards, workflows, and governance.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination, quality, and project outcomes with digital solutions.
- Oversee BIM reviews, model audits, and information performance reporting.
- Develop dashboards and insights to support decision-making and visibility.
