Job summary

ALEC Holdings is seeking a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator to lead BIM coordination and information management across landmark UAE projects. You will guide the BIM execution plan, manage CDE environments, and ensure high-quality deliverables from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 19650 and information management processes.
• Proficiency with BIM authoring/coordination tools (Revit, Navisworks).
• Knowledge of OpenBIM standards and cloud-based CDE platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM scope definition and ensure deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plan and information delivery plan.
• Configure and operate the project's CDE and collaboration tech stack.
• Implement BIM workflows from contract award to handover and approval.
• Coordinate 3D spatial clashes with project stakeholders.
• Provide BIM training and day-to-day support to project teams.
• Ensure QA/QC of models and information deliverables.
• Represent BIM in project-level meetings and report progress.
• Lead resources and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
