Job summary

Ohana Development in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead the implementation, governance, and optimization of BIM processes across multiple developments. You will drive digital transformation, ensure BEP alignment, and coordinate with designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive BIM leadership, Revit/Navisworks proficiency, and a strong track record managing large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• BIM-related certifications preferred (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BuildingSMART).

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards, workflows, and BEP execution across projects.
• Oversee BIM implementation from concept to handover and ensure model quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; run BIM coordination meetings.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and promote best practices; manage CDE and data governance.
