Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior BIM and digital engineering lead to drive the implementation of BIM strategies across projects, ensure model quality, and align information management with ISO 19650 standards.

You will coordinate across architectural, structural, MEP disciplines, manage BEPs and EIRs, oversee CDE usage, and mentor teams to deliver integrated digital solutions from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with BIM experience.
• Professional BIM or project management certification is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with ISO 19650 and digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection across design and construction.
• Review BEPs, EIRs, and BIM-related documentation for quality and compliance.
• Mentor BIM and digital engineering teams to improve delivery and data management.
• Oversee CDE usage and digital handover processes.
