Go Tech Construction in the UAE is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead cross-disciplinary modelling efforts across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. You will ensure coordinated BIM delivery aligned with project requirements, standards, and schedules.

You will coordinate models, conduct clash detection with Navisworks, manage model data in a CDE, and support shop drawings and construction documentation, working closely with Design & Technical Manager, engineers, subcontractors,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• 4–7 years of BIM experience in UAE construction.
• Experience with main contractor, D&B, or multidisciplinary teams preferred.
• Proven coordination of architectural/structural/MEP models on building projects.
• Familiar with UAE construction practices and documentation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for clash-free coordination.
• Perform clash detection, generate reports, and monitor issue closure.
• Coordinate with design coordinators, engineers, and site teams.
• Implement BEP, BIM standards, naming conventions, and data management.
