Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a senior tendering lead for offshore construction and subsea projects in Abu Dhabi. You will translate RFQs into competitive technical and commercial proposals and manage the bid cycle from start to award.

Responsibilities include market analysis, preparing tender documents, collaborating with engineering and operations, developing cost estimates, and addressing risks. You will coordinate with Contracts/Legal and ensure smooth transfer of winning projects to the

Qualifications

5–7 years of offshore construction experience.
Experience with subsea components and offshore vessels is required.
Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar credentials are highly desirable.
Knowledge of contracts (BIMCO, Tier 1 subcontracts) and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead tendering efforts for offshore construction and subsea projects.
Prepare and manage tender documentation, pricing schedules, and technical submissions.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement and project teams to gather bid data.
Develop cost estimates by analyzing requirements, labor, materials and overhead.
Review RFQs, define scope, and decide whether and how to bid.
Assemble technical and commercial proposals and present bid strategy to management.
Identify and address technical, commercial, and HSE risks.
Support Contracts/Legal in negotiations and clarifications.
Log outcomes and transfer winning projects to the project team.
