Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Payment Analytics professional to own end-to-end BI for Crypto Pay, Stablecoin, Merchant, and Cross-border payments. You will build analytical frameworks, perform deep-dive analyses, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and BD to drive data-driven decisions.

You will leverage SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI to deliver insights that impact product strategy, growth, and revenue across a fast-moving fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in BI/Analytics or related data roles; fintech/payments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of payment models, flows, and metrics; growth logic.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; able to build analytical models and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BI Partner for Payment business; define metrics and growth drivers.
• Collaborate with leaders across Product, Operations, and BD to address business challenges.
• Build analytical frameworks and provide actionable recommendations for product strategy and growth.
• Conduct root-cause, attribution and trend analyses for performance variations.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to monitor payment performance and growth.
