Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payment, fintech, infrastructure, or platform product management.
• Familiar with payment channel integration processes, API design principles, and distributed system architecture concepts.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts (authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, routing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize systems.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects.
• Strong ownership mindset with experience managing complex system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and iteration of payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities.
• Design and optimize scalable integration solutions for multiple payment methods, regions, and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to build stable, reusable infrastructure services for better integration efficiency.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and vendors for requirements, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor core infrastructure and channel performance metrics (success rate, latency, availability, reconciliation).
• Analyze integration failures and drive root-cause resolution; define failover and degradation strategies.
• Work with compliance, operations, risk, and customer support to align infrastructure with regulatory needs.
