Rosie's People in Dubai is seeking Senior-Level Strategic Beauty Sales Consultants for a self-employed contractor engagement to own defined B2B territories and close wholesale deals across premium skincare brands.

This role offers autonomy, uncapped performance-based earnings paid per successful order, and a formal commercial review at 36 months or upon milestones with potential to evolve the structure.

Qualifications

• Have proven B2B sales experience in beauty skincare luxury retail FMCG or pharmaceuticals.
• Have personally opened new accounts.
• Are confident in pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers.
• Are commercially sharp, outcome-driven and self-directed.
• Prefer autonomy over micromanagement.
• Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new wholesale and distribution opportunities.
• Pitching premium skincare brands to senior buyers.
• Negotiating commercial terms and wholesale orders.
• Managing follow-ups and closing deals.
• Building long-term buyer relationships.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Providing market insight and commercial feedback.
• Representing the brands with professionalism and polish.
