Seven Real Estate Brokers LLC is seeking a seasoned B2B Business Development Manager for the UAE cosmetics and beauty sector. The candidate will leverage an existing client network to drive sales across pharmacies, hypermarkets, department stores and beauty retailers.

Ideal applicants have 3–5 years of UAE B2B cosmetics sales experience, strong negotiations, and the ability to secure listings and grow distribution networks nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven UAE B2B sales experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty or personal care.
• Established client network with buyers and purchasing managers across pharmacies, hypermarkets and retail chains.
• Proven track record of securing retail listings and opening new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products across the UAE.
• Generate immediate business opportunities through existing client relationships.
• Introduce and secure product listings with pharmacies, hypermarkets, department stores and beauty retailers.
• Develop partnerships with beauty salons, spa chains, and distribution partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term business relationships.
