Job summary

Keeta Drone is seeking a senior business development and partnership lead to expand our UAV logistics network across the United Arab Emirates. You will identify strategic opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive projects from concept through launch, coordinating with multiple internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Events Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and business growth across the UAE to expand Keeta Drone's UAV logistics network.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, government entities, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Direct project delivery activities from agreement signing through operational launch, coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation planning, branding, and operational readiness with stakeholders.
• Support launches, events, activations, and customer engagements to boost adoption of Keeta Drone services.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across technical, regulatory, operations, legal, procurement, marketing, and finance.
• Represent Keeta Drone with external partners; prepare presentations, proposals, and executive updates.
