DC Consultants in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in small parcel delivery, last-mile delivery, courier, or porter services in the UAE. You will drive client acquisition, build relationships with e-commerce businesses, and expand rider communities to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum UAE experience 4–5 years in small parcel delivery / last-mile delivery / courier / porter / delivery services.
• Demonstrable track record with established/top-tier companies in the industry.
• Strong network among e-commerce customers and bike riders.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates based in Dubai or Sharjah preferred; relocation possible.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the small parcel and last-mile delivery business across the UAE.
• Identify and onboard new customers, particularly e-commerce businesses.
• Generate new business opportunities across industries and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network within the UAE delivery and bike rider ecosystem.
• Explore new business models, partnerships, and innovative approaches to expand delivery operations.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable delivery solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and opportunities in last-mile delivery.
• Support day-to-day business development activities and contribute to growth.
• Ensure strong client engagement and long-term customer retention.
