UnitedYou Ventures is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across EPC & EPCI projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand the client base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify market opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
