The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Systems, or Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in UAV systems engineering. The position offers opportunities for technical leadership and capability building.

Qualifications

• UAE National.
• 5+ years hands-on UAV systems engineering experience – flight control, autonomy, sensor fusion.
• Proven track record in system architecture, integration, verification, and flight testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own UAV system architectures across airborne platforms.
• Lead integration of hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and RF subsystems.
• Mentor systems, software, avionics, and mechanical engineers.
