Job summary

GMG is seeking a senior leader to drive growth and expansion of the BD portfolio across its retail footprint. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and steer initiatives that increase market share and profitability.

The role requires a decade in retail or business development with leadership experience, excellent negotiation and budgeting skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; certifications preferred.
• 10 years in retail or business development with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in business development, retail operations, and market analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expansion of the BD portfolio and retail presence.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and diversification.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with finance and retail operations for plans.
• Monitor store/area performance and adjust strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations during expansion.
