You will lead multi-store operations, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage brand partner relationships and drive regional expansion to improve revenue and profitability while enhancing customer experience.

Ideal candidate has eight+ years in retail leadership, strong P&L discipline, and a track record in store productivity and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related field required.
• Eight+ years of progressive retail/commercial leadership experience.
• Proven ability in profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, inventory productivity and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Evaluate opportunities involving brands, concepts, product categories and store locations.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Manage multi-store operations to achieve commercial and service targets.
• Monitor store productivity, inventory movement and operating standards.
• Guide expansion decisions and manage relationships with Brand Principals.
• Lead teams with a high-performance culture and succession planning.
