Job summary

The Greater Change is a well-established design and build company delivering premium exhibition stands, experiential marketing solutions, and branded environments across the UAE and GCC. A Business Development professional will drive new client growth, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercially successful exhibition projects.

The role requires 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, strong consultative selling, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
• Experience in Exhibition Design & Build, Events, Experiential Marketing or project-based services preferred.
• Strong consultative selling experience and proven revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage; UAE Driving Licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, procurement departments, agencies, and event organisers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract award.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements.
• Prepare detailed client briefs for internal design teams; collaborate with Design, Estimation and Production teams.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts; achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and account growth.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
