Job summary

The Greater Change is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business across exhibitions and events in the UAE and GCC. You will identify and secure new clients, manage the complete sales cycle, and collaborate with internal design and production teams to deliver commercially successful exhibition projects.

The role requires strong consultative selling, relationship management, and proven ability to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
• Experience in Exhibition Design & Build, Events, Experiential Marketing or project-based services preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage; UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, procurement departments, agencies, and event organisers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract award.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements.
• Prepare detailed client briefs before engaging internal design teams.
• Work closely with Design, Estimation, and Production teams throughout the proposal process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Ensure opportunities are properly qualified before committing internal resources.
