Job summary

eSOL Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager with 12+ years of banking QA expertise to lead test governance and quality assurance for Intellect Cash Management and Corporate Internet Banking in Dubai, UAE. You will direct cross-functional testing teams, oversee H2H and API testing, and ensure regulatory compliance for major banking platforms across GCC.

You will define master test plans, manage SIT/UAT, regression, and performance benchmarking, and drive test automation and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software testing and QA management experience in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on expertise managing testing for Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) and Intellect Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA, test management and governance for corporate banking and cash management projects.
• Validate brownfield Intellect implementations and oversee H2H/API testing.
• Develop master test plans, SIT, UAT, regression and performance benchmarks.
• Establish test automation, CI/CD integration and automated regression suites.
• Manage defect tracking, root-cause analysis and executive reporting.
• Direct offshore and onsite QA teams with mentorship and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure deployment readiness gates and stakeholder alignment.
