Detailed Job Description

As a Test Manager specializing in Intellect Cash Management at eSOL Global, you will direct end-to-end testing lifecycles, test governance frameworks, and test automation strategies for complex banking transformations in Dubai. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining master test plans, overseeing system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance benchmarking for Corporate Internet Banking, payments, and trade finance modules. You will manage brownfield Intellect implementation validation, coordinate H2H and API integration testing, and enforce strict test governance standards. Furthermore, you will manage defect lifecycle tracking, report testing metrics to executive stakeholders, and ensure full alignment with banking regulatory compliance in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct end-to-end quality assurance, test management, and test governance for major corporate banking and cash management projects.
• Spearhead testing validation for brownfield implementations of the Intellect Cash Management platform and Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).
• Formulate comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and execution schedules covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Oversee rigorous testing of corporate payments, cash management, trade finance modules, and H2H / API banking integrations.
• Establish robust test automation frameworks, CI/CD test integration, and automated regression testing suites.
• Manage defect tracking workflows, root cause analyses, and test execution reporting for executive steering committees.
• Direct offshore and onsite QA engineering teams, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 12+ years of professional software testing and QA management experience within the banking and financial services sector.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise managing testing for Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) and the Intellect Cash Management platform.
• Proven, mandatory delivery experience in brownfield Intellect implementation and legacy core banking migration projects.
• Deep operational knowledge of corporate payments, cash management workflows, Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, and API banking.
• Strong expertise in test governance, test automation frameworks, defect management, and enterprise QA methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory familiarity with GCC banking standards, transaction banking operations, and regional financial regulations.
• Mandatory eligibility to work in Dubai, UAE (strict 12+ years experience floor enforced).
