Job summary

E-Solutions in Dubai seeks an elite Test Manager with 12+ years of corporate banking experience to lead end-to-end testing across CIB, H2H, and Intellect platforms. You will own testing strategies, governance, and automation initiatives, ensuring secure and compliant deployments for enterprise banking clients.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and vendor teams to validate brownfield migrations, manage defects, and deliver rigorous quality assurance across payments and API

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.
• 12+ years of IT testing experience in corporate and transaction banking.
• Hands-on testing and implementation experience with the Intellect Cash Management platform.
• Brownfield Intellect platform implementations within corporate banking environments.
• Expert knowledge of CIB, corporate payments, cash management, and trade finance.
• Strong H2H integrations, API banking, and financial data messaging.
• Proven test automation, governance, and QA leadership.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE with on-site in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA, test strategy, and governance for enterprise banking programs.
• Manage testing lifecycles for Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) and Intellect Cash Management platforms.
• Spearhead testing for brownfield Intellect platform implementations and legacy migrations.
• Validate corporate payments, cash management workflows, trade finance modules, and API banking integrations.
• Oversee automation testing frameworks, regression test suites, and test data management strategies.
• Enforce rigorous test governance, defect triage, RCA, and retesting protocols.
• Collaborate with corporate banking stakeholders, software engineers, and external vendor delivery teams.
• Provide regular executive test progress reports, quality metrics dashboards, and readiness sign-offs (TRR/TER).
